We believe that the best way to demonstrate our vascular laser effectiveness is through honest, side-by-side before and after images. The RVL’s gallery highlights a range of cases, from cherry angiomas and hemangiomas to complex venous malformations and capillary anomalies.

Patient #620 Anthony J. Nose Red Telangiectasias

Close-up of a nose before and after scar treatment.

The patient presented with a well-defined red telangiectasia measuring approximately 8 mm on the nose. The lesion had been present for several years and was a primary cosmetic concern due to its visibility.

After Treatment:

The treated telangiectasia demonstrated immediate blanching, with progressive fading over the following days. Overall skin tone on the nose appeared more even, and post-procedural erythema resolved quickly.

Patient #620-2025

Patient #612 Kathy C. Port Wine Stain

Close-up of reddish-purple skin lesions on a person's body.

39-year-old female with Port Wine Stain on the Left Upper Thigh. Patient was treated with a 100ms pulse in continuous mode. Patient tolerated the application very well.

After Treatment:

Patient was “excited by the 10-day post results”. The surrounding tissue was unaffected.

Patient #612-2025

Patient #501 Terri P. Knee Hemangioma

Close-up comparison of skin with and without a blemish.

A 38-year-old mother of five presented with a bright red cherry hemangioma on the posterior left leg, just above the knee. Though asymptomatic, the lesion was highly visible and became a source of self-consciousness—especially during family pool outings. Prompted by a comment from her young child, she opted for cosmetic treatment to restore confidence and comfort.

After Treatment:

A single session with the RVL Laser resulted in immediate vessel coagulation. The lesion darkened as expected and began showing early signs of resolution. The treatment was quick, well-tolerated, and preserved the surrounding skin integrity. Additional follow-up will assess longer-term cosmetic outcomes.

Patient #523 Thomas J. Nose Red Telangiectasias

Close-up of skin with redness and visible blood vessels on the cheek.

Patient is a 71-year-old male with vessels on his left nostril and cheek. These vessels were asymptomatic but cosmetically unappealing.

After Treatment:

The patient tolerated the procedure well in spite of the sensitive location. The patient saw progressive improvement in skin clarity and texture.

Patient #523-2025

Patient #502 Anne H. Breast Lesion

Close-up of a hand squeezing a small pimple on skin.

The patient presented with a small vascular lesion on her left breast. Although asymptomatic, the lesion caused cosmetic concern and self-consciousness for the patient, prompting her to seek treatment.

After Treatment:

Three weeks after a single RVL Laser session, the hemangioma showed significant improvement, with near-complete resolution and minimal to no signs of the original lesion. The patient reported satisfaction with the results and experienced no discomfort or scarring.

Patient #502-2022

Patient #247 Jenny C. Abdominal Hemagioma

Side-by-side comparison of two different skin tones.

The patient presented with a small, well-defined cherry hemangioma located on the lower abdomen. The lesion appeared bright red, dome-shaped, and superficial—commonly found in healthy adults. While asymptomatic, the patient sought treatment for cosmetic improvement due to its visibility in a high-exposure area.

After Treatment:

Following a single session with the RVL Laser, the hemangioma exhibited immediate vessel coagulation. The treated area darkened slightly and began fading gradually over the following days. The surrounding skin remained clear, with no scarring or discomfort reported. The treatment was fast, effective, and delivered aesthetically pleasing results.

Patient #247-2024

Patient #503 Rick M. Red Telangiectasias

Close-up of red, irritated skin on the nose showing texture and inflammation.

Patient is a 54-year-old male with vessels on his right nostril. These vessels became increasingly bothersome, both cosmetically and socially. The vascular lesions varied in depth and severity, but were well-defined and ideal for non-invasive laser treatment.

After Treatment:

The patient experienced significant reduction in redness and visible vessel lines following a single session. The laser targeted hemoglobin, sealing the dilated vessels without damaging surrounding tissue. The treatment was well tolerated, with minimal downtime and no scarring.
